B. TERMS AND CONDITIONS  

^Ø       Fill out the registration form and pay all the tuition fees before application accepted.

        ^{PAYMENT OF FEES}

^Ø       Tuition fees are charged by term.  Payment should be settled by bank transfer/deposit on time before first class. 

^Ø         Additional financial charge will be assessed for outstanding amount. 

^Ø         Handling fee will be charged for any returned cheque each case.

Ø     All tuition fees are non-refundable.

Ø     Make up classes are available by arrangement.

              ENFORCED CLOSURES

Ø    When the Red/Black Rainstorm Warning or Typhoon Signal No. 8 is raised and continues to be issued at 11am before the class starts or when the government, the Education Bereau or the School Administration has announced to stop the after-school activities, or for emergency situations beyond our control such as natural disaster, SARS, bird flu, COVID-19, current influenza, earthquake and hai chao, classes will be cancelled and no replacement classes or refund will be arranged.

                    CANCELLATION

Ø   GD SPORTS LIMITED/GYMDanny must be notified by email (gymdanny3@gmail.com) of all cancellations in advance.  

     WITHDRAWAL & REFUND

Ø   All fees are non-refundable once students are accepted into the class.

                      PHOTOS & OTHER MEDIA

Ø    We reserve the rights to use photos, videos and/or sound recording  of children and their artwork for curriculum and/or promotional purposes, unless otherwise informed by you in writing.

 We reserve all rights to modify the terms and conditions from time to time.
